When I first started here at J.Jill, I had a lot going on in my life and the customer Contact Center Offered flexible schedules and the team really understood my need for work life balance.
Eventually, when I was ready for advancement, I learned that there was so much room for growth within the company. I have been promoted multiple times and now, 23 years later, I hold a significant management role.

The biggest impact for me when I was hired at J.Jill was how clean and organized the Distribution Center was here in Tilton. I found that the managers and coworkers were so friendly and helpful.
