I've been with J.Jill for over five years now. I've always loved fashion, so working for an omni-channel brand like J.Jill has always been the goal. I was recruited for an open Copywriter role and had the opportunity to move into a Senior Copywriter role about a year later. It's been great to learn a lot and grow within a Creative team. I love that I'm able to write for a brand that inspires women and to work collaboratively with other creatives.

Internships
Are you looking to become a part of our cross-functional summer internship team? Our 10-week paid program runs from June to August and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on insight and knowledge while building strong connections and producing meaningful work that impacts our business.
Highlights of our program include:
- Rotational department exposure
- Roundtable sessions with leadership
- Group activities within our stores, contact center and/or distribution center
- Participation in a cross-functional project that’s presented to J.Jill’s senior leaders
I chose this opportunity with J.Jill to learn and participate in the brand’s design process, and being able to see a product from start to finish really helps to understand all the details and metrics that play a big role in developing a product.
This J.Jill internship provided the unique opportunity to present a cross-functional project to J.Jill’s executive leadership team and learn more about retail finance. I’m curious about retail from “behind the scenes” and how it is managed, specifically from a financial perspective.
The beauty of this Internship is that every day is different, and it’s been amazing to work with so many different people! I’ve learned that there are so many different components that go into running a retail business, especially a publicly traded one. It’s been so amazing to work for such a large company that’s nationwide.
J.Jill is so passionate about their internship program and I am very impressed with the amount of responsibility and projects that I have been given. I feel so lucky to be part of a program that truly wants to help with my future career and gives me as many real-world opportunities as possible.
