DE&I
At J.Jill, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) means we are committed to ensuring that every person—regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, ability or background—feels like they belong. As we continue to work toward creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and can thrive, we encourage our associates to connect with one another to discuss what DE&I means to them and the ways we can further promote inclusivity within our J.Jill community.
Employee Resource Groups
Our associate-led, experience-based groups build community among associates, provide support and create safe spaces to empower our associates to be their best selves. At J.Jill, all associates are welcome (and encouraged) to join an Employee Resource Group. Our current groups include Women Leaders, Working Parents and Community Connectors.
Compassion Fund
Compassion connects us all. We support and empower women in our local communities through our J.Jill Compassion Fund. Over the past 20 years, we have donated nearly $24 million in grants and in-kind donations to more than 100 organizations that help women move forward faster and establish better lives for themselves, their children, and their families.
