Overview :

As a Temporary Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of our brand. During this seasonal opportunity lasting up to 14 weeks, you will be connecting with customers, assisting with orders, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects who we are. New to sales or customer service? That’s okay. We provide dedicated training at the start of your employment to set you up for success. You’ll learn our systems, products, brand voice, and service standards before you ever take your first customer call.

Responsibilities :

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and on-brand experience to customers over the phone
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling guidance, and order placement
  • Answer general service inquiries with confidence and care
  • Accurately enter orders and customer information into our systems
  • Stay up to date on current products, promotions, and performance goals

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required

Salary Range : USD $17.00/Yr. - USD $18.00/Yr.
