Overview :
To support the Sr. Facilities Manager in supervising the security and custodial teams while managing the facilities CMMS database and providing support as assigned.
Responsibilities :
Supervise/Support Security Team
- Assists in selecting, on-boarding, training of new associates and work to motivate new associates to work safely and productively
- Manages security work order performance. Including: creating, opening, assigning, tracking, closing, and reporting of all work orders and scheduled tasks related to security within CMMS database.
- Prepares and presents formal job performance reviews for each security guard associate on a required basis
- Oversee investigations, reports, and documentation for all suspicious activity taking place on J.Jill property. Oversee/complete assigned reports for these activities
- Ensures all CTPAT/compliance security requirements are being followed and all documentation is being maintained.
- Coordinates and conducts departmental training on an annual basis
- Manages all aspects of snow removal and contractual grounds keeping
- Participates in safety teams and safety initiatives/training, volunteering efforts to support all safety initiatives
Supervise/Support Custodial Team
- Assists in selecting, on-boarding, training of new associates and works to motivate new associates to work safely and productively
- Manages custodial work order performance through CMMS Database including creating, opening, assigning, tracking, closing and reporting
- Prepares and presents formal job performance reviews for each custodian associate on a required basis
- Audits work accomplishments and provides feedback to motivate quality of work
- Coordinates and conducts departmental training as needed
- Promotes safe working practices, ensuring proper PPE and OSHA guidelines are followed
CMMS (Central Maintenance Management System) Database
- Manages database orders for security, facilities and custodial teams including creating, opening, assigning, managing, tracking and closing
- Manages preventative maintenance scheduled work orders. Including: Creating, updating, scheduling, assigning, closing
- Manages all part and supply inventory
- Manages equipment Inventory including database entry, I.D. of all equipment and tracking
- Manages and produces CMMS reporting including productivity, accountability, work order completion rates and equipment preventative maintenance compliance
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Prior supervision experience
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Preferred experience working in the custodial field
- Prior security experience CTPAT compliance requirements required
- Preferred knowledge working with Central Maintenance Management database systems
- Preferred Project Management experience
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Works well independently; minimal direct supervision
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Tech College in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- 3 + years security/custodial experience

Salary Range : USD $62,000.00/Hr. - USD $78,500.00/Yr.
