Overview :
As a Senior Manager of Compensation and HR Analytics, you will develop, implement, and manage compensation and HR analytics program strategy and execution for J.Jill, a publicly traded company. You will ensure pay practices are digestible and effective while creating analytics and insights that support our talent strategy. This is an individual leadership role where you will have the opportunity to own the compensation strategy while staying hands on. Responsibilities :
Develop compensation strategies, plans, insights and reporting:
- Lead the development of pay structures, salary ranges and maintenance of jobs structure and compliance with pay transparency strategies
- Develop meaningful HR analytics and deliver fact-based insights to HR and business leaders to enhance the company’s talent strategy
- Create compensation-related employee communication and education programs and stay abreast of best practices and developments in applicable laws
- Develop and manage reporting including salary, wage and merit, equity, and incentive accruals in partnership with finance
Build partnerships while managing and administering compensation practices:
- Provide guidance to internal business managers and HR partners
- Perform internal and external competitive market pay research, analysis, job classification, pay practices and pay delivery models
- Assist in preparation of materials for the compensation committee of the board of directors and leads SEC/regulatory filings in partnership with legal and finance, supports annual proxy preparation and other ad hoc executive compensation items as needed
- Administer compensation surveys, equity and short incentive programs and ensure accuracy of equity management systems
- Manage and administer annual merit, bonus and equity process, including developing enhancements, creating analytics, and providing assistance to managers

Qualifications :
- 7+ years of progressively more responsibility managing compensation programs
- Multi-location and hourly workforce experience; publicly traded company experience desired
- Bachelor’s Degree (CCP Certification a plus)
- Experience with compensation design and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated strong financial, data analysis, problem solving and storytelling skills
- Experience with relevant compensation, financial and compensation related regulations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with all management levels
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-project management skills
- Workday or other strong HRIS systems knowledge
- Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Merit Planning, Goal Setting)
- High degree of initiative, curiosity, very hands on, flexible and customer centric
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work, prolonged periods of time working at a desk and on a computer.
- Ability to communicate information and observe details at close range.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required

Salary Range : USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
