Overview :
As Manager, Supply Chain and Corporate Systems, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for systems supporting OMNI business functions, including Manhattan Active OMNI (MAO and SCI), Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Payments, Finance, Legal, and HR. This role partners with business leaders to set priorities, deliver complex projects, and drive process and IT transformation. You will develop organizational capabilities, including offshore teams, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities :
- Define and implement the technical strategy and architectural vision for software development and engineering functions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver new solutions or enhancements that drive measurable business value.
- Shape core positioning and messaging for applications and software.
- Evaluate external partnership opportunities and requirements to inform technology direction.
- Stay current on emerging software technologies and incorporate relevant advancements.
- Lead the planning, design, and development of new software products and product enhancements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, design, coding, testing, installation, and maintenance.
- Prioritize ongoing product support while driving the launch of new capabilities.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Establish and enforce systems design and quality control standards to optimize performance and reliability.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and ensure solutions meet organizational standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality product delivery.
- Engage with key customers to understand evolving needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of total experience in IT, 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Systems
- Strong experience with Omnichannel transformation, business process improvement, automation, project/program management, Agile development, and cloud migration.
- Experience in SaaS solutions, order management systems (e.g., Manhattan Active OMNI), and warehouse management solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading offshore teams and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple workflows, and apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, active listening, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience developing innovative solutions that support supply chain and corporate systems.
- Prior contributions to the growth and transformation of a retail organization.
- Familiarity with organizational operating procedures and policies.

Salary Range : USD $106,400.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
