Req ID 2026-4807 Apply NowJILL ACQUISITION LLC seeks a Manager E-Commerce Solutions to build and deliver simple, scalable, secure, reliable, and high performing state-of-the-art E-Commerce solution. Build and deliver using SDLC and/or agile practices. Contribute to the architecture reviews. Perform periodic design and code reviews to ensure high standards are being maintained. Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts. Contribute throughout the end- to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale technology solutions. Collaborate with the product owners, business operations, customer care, quality management, infrastructure, security and support teams. Establish and enhance best industry practices in the development process, including coding standards. Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce departmental policies and procedures, e.g., PMO and Change Management. Partner with the QA team to deliver quality releases. Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the E-Commerce teams projects stay aligned with the needs of the business. Participate in root cause of P1 and P2 production incident and provide recommendations. Two (2) direct reports in the positions of Lead eCommerce Developer and Sr. eCommerce Developer. Telecommuting permitted. Must work East Coast business hours. 1% domestic travel required.
Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of Enterprise E-Commerce platforms experience. Must have experience with: Hands-on development using HCL Commerce (formerly known as IBM WebSphere Commerce) versions V7, V8, and V9; Developing web applications using Java, J2EE, React, and Node.js.; Writing and optimizing SQL queries for DB2 databases; Integration and support of Bazarvoice and Adobe Analytics; Payment integration with Apple Pay and PayPal; Implementation and support of Omni Channel functions such as Ship-from-Store; Log aggregation and monitoring instrumentation; Performing design and peer code reviews; Leading and managing software development teams; and Software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Telecommuting permitted. Must work East Coast business hours. 1% domestic travel required.

Salary Range : USD $176,987.00/Yr. - USD $190,800.00/Yr.
