Overview :

We are excited to announce the J.Jill Internship Program – our 10-week paid summer internship running from June through August 2026. Designed for rising juniors and seniors, this program provides hands-on exposure to a leading specialty retail company. Interns will contribute to daily business activities within their assigned departments while also gaining a broader understanding of J.Jill through cross-functional learning opportunities. This is a full-time program based at our office in Quincy, Massachusetts.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team and deliver exceptional services across multiple functional areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our internship program, enhance associate engagement initiatives, and participate in projects that shape the overall employee experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations within a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and maintenance of the internship program calendar and events
  • Assist with day-to-day HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service
  • Provide general administrative support to HR team members across various projects and initiatives
  • Help maintain employee files and ensure information is accurately organized and documented
  • Participate in HR-related research and process improvement projects

Qualifications :
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn about HR process and programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing independent tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Salary Range : USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $22.00/Hr.
