Direct Autobagger Lead – Weekend shift

Overview :

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday:630 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday & Friday 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

(40 hours)

Performs some or all of the functions to support direct order operations. Ensures all orders are completed on time and ensures that the machine is running properly. Notifies maintenance if any mechanical issues arise or notifies the supervisor if there is any workflow or associate issues. Cross-trains into other functions within the DC. Adheres to all J.Jill safety standards and continually strives for improved customer service.


Responsibilities :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists the autobagger team in assuring that the autobagger orders are completed for the day to meet our order cycle time goals. Notifies the supervisor of any issues or work needs.
• Performs the functions at the autobagger of sorting and verifying order contents as well as shipping and printing of order invoice/ship documents. Prints the orders in the warehouse management system.
• Maintains the flow of work by resolving any functional issues with the machine. Resolves problems or calls maintenance to resolve the issue.
• Assigns the associates to the various tasks (printing ship docs, sorting orders, and shipping) at the autobagger.
• Performs other functions within other departments in the DC, including but not limited to, Retail, QI/QCS, Freight, Receiving, Shipping, as well as other Direct Operation functions


Qualifications :

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment.
• Associate, vocational, or technical degree preferred.
