Senior Analyst HRIS

Tilton, NH

Overview :

Maintains and supports the HRIS System (Workday), in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. Performs data analysis, creates reports, develops mechanisms and processes that ensure data integrity, assists with system maintenance and testing, and identifies opportunities for constant process improvement.

Responsibilities :
  • Provides strategic analysis of workforce data to help drive informed decisions internally and across a variety of departments throughout the organization.
  • Develops, validates, maintains and distributes a variety of HR data reports in varying formats
  • Assists in the import/export process for vendor file feeds
  • Assists with HR system upgrades
  • Assists with resolving all HRIS technical issues for troubleshooting
  • Manages testing and importing information into the HRIS system 
  • Provides reporting support for the Compensation Department during Merit Review
  • Supports team members in day to day HRIS operations
  • Assists HRIS Manager with special projects

Qualifications :
  • Strong aptitude with MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel, Access, and Visual Basic skills
  • A strong understanding of database design principles preferred
  • Strong experience developing and generating reports & analytics
  • Strong attention to detail with good organization skills
  • Strong listening and communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to quickly learn concepts and understand process configuration in a system
  • Ability to work with various levels of management and maintain a critical level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Systems or related field
  • 6+ years experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Workday
  • 6+ years of business experience in an analytical or technical role preferred
  • Experience with maintaining confidential information of all records and transactions
