Responsibilities :

Senior Ecommerce Developer-Java in Quincy MA. Technical lead for development of Web-facing applications for IBM WebSphere Commerce-on-cloud platform, including design & develop software products/enhancements; troubleshoot software application issues; analyze business needs; recommend/plan software specifications; modify software to implement new business requirements/improve performance; assist in evaluation/recommendation of new software/tools; source code stability, code reviews and administration of source control; perform software unit testing, platform upgrades, & database/application component migration; support QA process including integration testing; develop proof of concept; mentor software developers. Reqs: at least Bach in Comp Sci, MIS, IT, Comp Engg, or equiv field. 8 yrs exp in web development, including 7 years in area of Ecommerce and 7 yrs in IBM WebSphere Commerce Platform (exp can be gained concurrently). Knowledge of WebSphere Commerce Server technologies in version 7, 8, & 9 with SOLR customization; modern JavaScript Frameworks such as jQuery/dojo; utilizing/administrating IBM DB2; Agile delivery method; container-based technologies such as Docker; WCS SOLR integration & modules; programming skills in Java/J2EE, Advanced Java version . NET technologies; source control management systems; Struts, Spring framework & Rest Spring boot services; webservices such as XML/SOAP/REST; third party integration and analytics. By resume to
