Senior Ecommerce Developer - Java

Responsibilities :

Senior Ecommerce Developer-Java in Quincy MA. Understand, document and transform business needs into technical requirements and support ecommerce sites within IBM WebSphere Commerce platform and internally developed web services, including technical lead on development for IBM WebSphere Commerce Commerce-on-Cloud Platform; identify issues/recommend solutions; work with other departments to develop, design and implement new applications/updates; integrate third party applications; troubleshoot production problems related to software applications; research/coordinate integration of new products; evaluate/recommend software packages and integration/testing tools; mentor other software developers; responsible for source code stability, code reviews and administration source control. Reqs: at least Bach in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engg, Math, or equiv field, 8 yrs exp in web development for ecommerce sites and 8 yrs exp with IBM Websphere Commerce Platform (exp can be gained concurrently). Knowledge of: IBM Websphere Commerce on Cloud Architecture; Order, Catalog, Member, Payment Subsystems; SOA, SOAP, REST frameworks; Spring Rest framework; IBM DB2; web performance tuning and maintenance techniques; Splunk; Dyna Trace; New Relic; Tea-Leaf; extended sites starter stores in IBM WebSphere Commerce; Bazaar voice; Google Tag Manager; Adobe Tag Manager; Facebook Integration; integration systems such as Shop-Runner, Private Label Card Integration; Progressive Web Application, ReactJS, NodeJS; AJAX; DOJO; Java Script; JSP; Payment Integrations such as PayPal and Chase PaymentTech; and CMC to support Content Management team.
